@EnviroLaser re-check the guide it comes with, the Pro Glacier states Isopropyl is an approved cleaning substance for it which is the model you guys sell.

Amazing plate IF you set it to Hot Plate
If you're using an x1c/p1s this plate works amazing. I've replaced both my machines with it. The one thing you should be aware is that in my opinion their best use/they should be used with the flat plate-hot plate setting on bambu slicer. Results won't be as good if not. I also personally use isopropyl instead of dawn to clean them.
Glad to hear however alcohol may not be the best thing to use on a textured bed

I really don't understand the hype around this plate. I never made it work correctly. First layer was bad, and the blue discolored into my yellow part. I have attempted every piece of advice on the internet, but I could not manage to get a good print with this plate.
The picture shows a correctly printed part with the Bambu Textured PEI and an incorrect one with the Frostbite.
Sorry to hear this David. Have you washed the bed with Dawn detergent. This usually fixes any adhesion issues with these beds
