1.Ultra-High Heat Resistance (up to 100–120°C)
After post-processing annealing, heat resistance is significantly improved (far above regular PLA’s 55–60°C). Printed parts can withstand high-temperature environments without deformation.
Ideal for: automotive components, outdoor devices, lamp housings, molds, and more.
2. Easy to Print,
Compatible with Standard PLA Settings. Despite being a high-temperature material, printing is as easy as regular PLA. No need for high-temperature nozzles or fully enclosed printers; most home FDM printers can handle it reliably.
3. Annealable to Enhance Performance
Annealing in an oven at 80–120°C can greatly improve heat resistance and mechanical properties.
Post-annealing, parts maintain dimensional stability and resist warping.
4. Excellent Dimensional Stability
Low shrinkage during printing ensures high precision.
Suitable for parts requiring tight tolerances and accurate assembly.
5. Eco-Friendly and Low Odor
PLA-based, environmentally friendly, and odorless. Comfortable printing experience, perfect for homes, offices, and educational settings.
6. High-Quality Surface Finish
Fine layer lines and smooth surfaces. Ideal for display models and enclosure-type products.
